Located in Bordon (between Farnham and Haslemere) on the Surrey and Hampshire border, we’re lucky to be just under an hours train journey from Waterloo, and close to the A3.

We recently moved to a great new workshop, which is 12,000 square feet with good height (9m to apex). Set in an Ex Royal Engineers Barracks we have an old tank workshop! With the carefully laid out workshop we have four distinct zones, Metalwork, Carpentry, Assembly, and Paint which flow from one to the other allowing greater efficiency and a great space to work.

Clockwork Scenery creates predominately hand crafted scenery for a variety of clients, from theatres to exhibitions, TV to film. Whether it is small prop, a studio show or a high quality number one touring set, we’re happy to look at any job, they’re all interesting to us. Working with the county’s top quality specialist suppliers and industry specific professionals we provide a top quality service.

Clockwork Scenery was born from a passion for all things scenery, it extends through steel fabrication to timber flattage to fully automated scenic elements and everything in-between!

Starting Clockwork in 2011 I have a great passion for both the traditional and innovative scenic solution, being both timber and metal.

As scenery builders we are flexible enough to work in a variety of mediums and can react to the designers requests with ease, ensuring the delivered set ‘works’ for all concerned.
